About MedPro Respiratory Care

MedPro Respiratory Care is one of Canada's leading providers of Sleep Apnea Therapy, Home Oxygen, and Respiratory Care services. With a growing network of clinics and a patient-first approach, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while building strong relationships within the healthcare community.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to lead our Calgary South region. This position oversees three clinic locations, with additional growth planned in the future.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role for an individual who enjoys balancing operations, team development, business growth, community engagement, and healthcare relationship management.

You will be responsible for leading clinic teams, strengthening referral partnerships, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to multiple clinic teams across the region
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve operational and sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Identify opportunities for business development and market growth
  • Support marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
  • Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, patient satisfaction, and financial results
  • Drive operational improvements and workflow efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and regional expansion

QualificationsRequired

  • Previous leadership or management experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations or teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people, manage change, and drive results
  • Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or community engagement
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region

Preferred

  • Healthcare management experience
  • Experience managing multiple clinics or healthcare service locations
  • Knowledge of sleep apnea therapy, home oxygen, respiratory care, or medical device sales
  • Experience working with physicians and healthcare referral networks
  • Additional language skills are considered an asset
