Job Overview
Are you a hunter with a passion for healthcare? We are expanding our B2B footprint, and we are looking for a Salesperson to drive growth within the long-term care, retirement home, and clinical provider sectors.

In this role, you won't just be selling products; you’ll be providing essential solutions from mobility equipment to lifts and elevators that help organizations improve the lives of their residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Proactively identify and close new business opportunities with long-term care facilities, physiotherapy clinics, and regional health authorities.

Relationship Management:

Act as a trusted consultant to healthcare administrators and clinical leads, ensuring the company is their first choice for medical equipment and supplies.

Strategic Sales:

Manage the full sales cycle from cold prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation.

Navigate complex sales environments, including multi-stakeholder decision-making and longer sales cycles.

Assist with supporting overall store sales initiatives and contributing to business growth opportunities

Support community outreach initiatives, networking opportunities, and local relationship-building activities to help promote Wellwise services and strengthen community presence

Product Expertise:

Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations on high-impact categories like mobility equipment, mobility aids, etc.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor activity and local healthcare trends to maintain our competitive edge in the GTA and beyond.

Provide insights to leadership to support growth strategy and market positioning

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

3–5 years of sales experience in B2B sales (experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare services is a major asset).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Sales Capability

Strong ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals independently

Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and complex stakeholders

Clinical Literacy:

Ability to discuss medical equipment technicalities comfortably with healthcare professionals.

Communication:

Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and clinical staff alike.

Mobility:

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for regular travel within your assigned territory.
