Offrir une expérience client conviviale et un service personnalisé, c’est votre truc? Ça tombe bien, nous aussi ! En tant qu’agent(e) service à la clientèle, vous jouerez un rôle clé en soutenant nos clients et nos fournisseurs pour nos produits de l’assurance collective.
Vos missions :

Traiter et valider des demandes de prestations d’assurance collective

Offrir une expérience client agréable, tout en répondant à leurs besoins
-
Collaborer avec nos fournisseurs et professionnels de la santé (pharmaciens, dentistes et autres) pour rassembler toutes les informations nécessaires pour une demande de prestation

Contribuer à divers projets stimulants qui valorisent votre expertise
Votre profil :
-
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC)
-
Expérience pertinente au service à la clientèle (ex. centre d’appels, domaine de la santé, etc.)
-
Maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Les candidats retenus devront se soumettre à un test d'anglais.
