Summary

We are seeking a Clinic Lead (Medical Office Administrator) to join our team at One Vascular Imaging in London, Ontario. This vital role involves overseeing clinic operations, and ensuring exceptional patient service. Your contribution will support our commitment to excellence in vascular diagnostics and patient care.
Responsibilities

  • Lead daily clinic operations ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage patient scheduling, records, and billing processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with vascular surgeons and medical professionals to optimize diagnostic services.
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain excellent communication with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical office administration or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Accuro.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in vascular or diagnostic imaging clinics is a plus.
