Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated International Medical Graduate (IMG) to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for medical professionals who have completed their international training and are looking to further develop their clinical skills within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care, supporting medical teams, and gaining valuable experience in various clinical settings. Responsibilities

  • Assist in patient assessments and support clinical procedures under supervision
  • Participate in patient care activities across diverse departments including Cardiac, acute care, and home care settings
  • Support medication administration and monitor patient responses
  • Collect and document clinical data accurately using electronic health records such as Epic and Cerner systems
  • Contribute to research projects and data collection efforts to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
  • Support medical office functions including scheduling, documentation, and patient communication

Experience

  • Medical degree from an accredited international institution with appropriate certification for practice in the U.S. or relevant country
  • Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care, pain management, or pediatrics
  • Experience with patient care activities, including medication administration and data collection
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is advantageous
  • Background in research or clinical studies is a plus
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  • Experience working in a medical office setting or home care environment is beneficial
