Caregiver / Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Casual
Location: Yorkton, SK
Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience

At ComForCare Home Care Saskatchewan, we help people live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes. We’re looking for caring, dependable Caregivers / Personal Support Workers to join our casual team, with opportunities to start right away.

Your Role
Depending on each client’s care plan, you will:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and hygiene.
    Support safe mobility, transfers, and prescribed range-of-motion exercises. Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed. Help with light housekeeping and laundry. Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands, including shopping and prescription pickups, using approved transportation arrangements. Provide companionship and meaningful engagement. Offer respite support for family caregivers. Follow personalized care plans, document care provided, and promptly report changes or concerns.
What You Bring
  • At least one year of caregiving experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care setting.
  • Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certification is an asset.
  • A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (required).
    • A clear criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector check. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care. Dependability and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the care team. A commitment to client dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.

This is a casual position. Shifts and hours vary based on client needs and your availability; hours are not guaranteed.
