We're looking for a Health & Wellness Motivator to join our team. This is a client-focused role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating positive experiences, and being part of a supportive, high-energy team. We're looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity who is excited to grow with our clinic.

What You'll Do

As a Health & Wellness Motivator, you'll help create the Amplified Wellness experience from the moment a client walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming, positive environment
• Guiding clients through treatments and appointments
• Completing body composition scans and measurements
• Setting up and preparing treatment areas
• Booking appointments and managing schedules
• Communicating with clients by text, phone, and email
• Supporting new clients as they begin their wellness journey
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
• Updating clinic statistics and performance tracking
• Entering and maintaining nutrition program data
• Working closely with your teammates to ensure every client receives a consistent experience, regardless of who they see or when they visit

Experience & Skills

Assets (but not necessarily required):

• Customer service experience
• Previous experience in a clinic, wellness, healthcare, or client-facing environment
• Experience with Canva, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Sales or consultation experience
• Experience managing client communications

Schedule

This position is scheduled for:

• Monday - 9am-1:15pm
• Tuesday - 1:15pm-7:15pm
• Wednesday - 9am-1:15pm & 2:30pm-7:15pm
• Thursday - 9am-7:15pm
• Friday - 8:30am-1pm

Please note: We are looking for someone who can commit to this schedule on an ongoing basis. As this position fills a permanent shift, applicants should be confident they can maintain these hours throughout the year.

Additional shifts may become available to cover vacations, illness, and clinic growth.
