What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Guiding patients through their care journey with clarity and confidence
  • Reinforcing doctor recommendations in a way patients understand and trust
  • Leading conversations around care plans, commitment and next steps
  • Addressing hesitation, questions, and concerns calmly and professionally
  • Managing scheduling to support consistency and patient follow-through
  • Handling payments and financial discussions with confidence and care
  • Following up with patients using our CRM and communication systems
  • Supporting doctors by ensuring seamless handoffs and clear messaging
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, patient coordination or high-trust service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort discussing commitment, scheduling and finances
  • Ability to learn systems, scripts and workflows quickly
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-through
  • Emotional intelligence and professional composure

Sales experience is helpful—but not required.
Confidence, clarity, and responsibility are.
