Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role involves engaging with customers, preparing and serving food, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the food industry, excellent service skills, and experience in food handling and preparation. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable restaurant experience in a dynamic environment committed to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Handle food safely, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout food preparation and service
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Manage food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the team
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
  • Support team members during busy periods, contributing to smooth kitchen operations

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
  • Experience with meal preparation, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment will be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential
