Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring store profitability, and maintaining a positive environment for customers.

Duties

• Supervise and lead store staffs to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations of stores, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Recruit, interview, and train new employees while fostering positive team atmospheres.
• Develop and implement effective administrative processes to streamline operations.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms for products and services.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports and inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven experience in store management or similar roles with a focus on operations.
• Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and suppliers.
• Proficient in administrative tasks including record keeping and reporting.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively during the recruitment process.
• Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and vendors.
• Supervisory skills to motivate staff and foster teamwork within the store environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and financial reporting.
