Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and supporting organizational growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and proficiency with various technology platforms. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition initiatives that directly impact company success.

Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through cold calling, lead generation, social media outreach, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct research on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by assisting in training & development programs and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and represent the company at recruiting events.

Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with familiarity in talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions effectively.
  • Excellent interviewing skills combined with strong communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with employee relations practices and training & development programs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. This position is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about connecting talented professionals with organizational opportunities while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
