About the Position

This role is a key customer service position in the company and would be a great match for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, likes variety in their day, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians, ensure that they have the right tools, equipment and parts required for the job along with access arranged and notices to clients provided.
• Ensure the right technician is assigned to the right job based on skill set, including jobs required for training and development.
• Professional, timely, and accurate communications with clients providing notice and access information.
• Coordinate materials and parts pickup & dropoff in the most efficient manner ensuring minimal stops and efficient routing between jobs.
• Tool & equipment sign-in/out and repairs coordinated.
• Schedule subcontractors as required.
• Ensure all technicians are scheduled for a full 8 hours, each day.
• Provide feedback to your Service Manager to improve internal processes.
• Expect requests outside of the above primary responsibilities.

Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities

• A team player with an amazingly positive attitude and character
• 2+ year in related dispatch/ service operation position
• A natural problem solver! Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated, self-directed & ability to work independently
• Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry or exposure to a service industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learn other applications as needed.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
