EOL offers FDA cleared medical aesthetic and wellness services that include laser hair removal, Photo facials, skin tightening, skin resurfacing, Botox/Dysport®, LED therapy, microneedling, corrective peels, and medical-grade skincare.

Schedule: To support our hours of operation, this position requires evenings and weekend availability.
Saturday 9am - 4pm
Sunday 9am - 4pm
Monday 9am- 6pm

The preferred candidate is confident and has a high level of integrity coupled with a customer-first attitude. In this role, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for

  • Providing five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, and being the welcoming face of the clinic
  • Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and patient management system
  • Billing and Invoice management ( Jane System)
  • Maintain patient flow and room management
  • Manage online store and delivery of shipments
  • Use a variety of communication platforms and software
  • Work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Preferred background in business operations, customer service, management, sales, marketing, and MOA.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a medical facility or medispa (5 years required)
  • A minimum of 2 years experiance with Jane
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Management (5 years required)
  • Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
  • Possess a professional demeanour, polished and poised in appearance
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Outgoing and welcoming persona
  • Excellent communication skills (perfect English)
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook)

Education/Training:

A high school diploma and post-secondary education are required. A bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred and or completed MOA.

Technical or Administrative Knowledge:

  • Ability to multitask, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision-making, analytical and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (Jane)
