Job Description :Our client in Regina is looking for a Digital Health Services Coordinator(Digital Health, Digital Transformation)

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Experience with Microsoft suite and/or SharePoint
  • Experience in Project Coordination/Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Certifications in Change Management, PMI, and/or business analysis is considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with all levels within a large complex organization
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience effectively facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings
  • Knowledge of information management and information technology.
  • Strong ability to seamlessly translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups
  • Knowledge of information management and information technology.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Knowledge of and experience with the Health care system is an asset

Proven Experience In :
  • Digital Health Services Coordinator(Digital Health, Digital Transformation)
  • Delivering service management - operational coordination and monitoring after initiative implementation, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services
  • Coordinating enhancement of existing projects for long term transformation
  • Offering dedicated leadership qualities that can ensure digital initiatives are sequenced and aligned with provincial objectives
  • Supporting facilitation of stakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management, and coordination across the system.
  • Ensuring change management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, delivery tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Acting as a centralized resource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.
