Join us! Looking for the right fit to grow our team. Most importantly, we are looking for a friendly, welcoming smile to greet our patients in person, online, or on the phone. We aim to have a unique waiting room that feels fun to chat or play. The right candidate should love to connect with people and be personable and empathetic.

Other fun includes:

Ensuring the clinic is welcoming, organized, and functional. This might mean sourcing needed materials, surface cleaning as needed, decorating for events/holidays, and restocking our famous prize box!

Tending to office odds and ends. This might mean getting in touch with the landlord or troubleshooting a tech issue.

Screening calls, managing patient waitlist and clinic schedule; creativity will be put to use here!

Educating both inquiring and referred patients about vision therapy and programs offered.

Distributing therapy progress reports and updates to the patients' healthcare team.

General admin tasks; emails, processing payments, booking appointments, clinic stats, sending and collecting claims with sask health, and acting as a liaison with a few select insurance providers.

May include updating our website and social media.

Candidate must be reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask with ease. They should feel comfortable having conversations on the phone, be self driven, confident, and have the self-initiative to do the task before it is asked of them.

All training is provided on the job. Open to applicants of all ages from students to semi-retired! Please include in your application something you feel would be a fun outing for us to do as a Team. We are a small team of 6 who are passionate about improving the lives of those in our community.
