Full job description

We are seeking a team-oriented, highly organized Dental Administrator with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with dental office procedures, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and provide excellent patient service.

Prior experience with ABELDENT and MAX ASSIST is an asset but not required. The Dental Administrator will play a key role in supporting clinical staff and handling administrative functions to promote a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment confirmations, and patient communications.
  • Manage patient scheduling, billing, insurance claims/estimates, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care delivery

Requirements

  • Dental clinic experience
  • Proficiency with ABELDENT or similar dental management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
