Do you want a flexible work schedule that fits with the other priorities in your life? Nurse Next Door is looking for Caregivers who are able to work 20 to 40 hours per week! We have flexible hours in the morning, afternoon, evenings, and overnights.

What we offer:

  • $23.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience and availability)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Providing services like meal preparation, light housekeeping and personal care.
  • Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Servicing the Vancouver area
  • Shifts Available: Thursday - Sunday 0700-1500 & 1600-2300
  • must have a valid BC Drivers License and access to a vehicle

Requirements:

  • 2 years previous Canadian In Home caregiving experience
  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
  • Proof of BC Health Care Certification (Registry #)
  • Current TB Screen, First Aid/CPR and Criminal Record Check.
  • Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
