Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our caregiving team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for senior care and have experience working with individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or dementia. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

CPW-PSW-25-2026: full-time day shifts (7 am to 3 pm) – 75 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-26-2026: full-time evening shifts (3 pm to 11 pm) – 75 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-27-2026: full-time night shifts (11 pm to 7 am) – 75 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-28-2026: part-time day shifts (7 am to 3 pm) – 30 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-29-2026: part-time evening shifts (3 pm to 11 pm) – 75 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-30-2026: part-time evening short shifts (4 pm to 9 pm) – 50 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-31-2026: part-time evening short shifts (4 pm to 9 pm) – 20 hours bi-weekly

CPW-PSW-32-2026: part-time night shifts (11 pm to 7 am) – 30 hours bi-weekly

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Administer medications accurately according to care plans and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ quality of life.
  • Support residents with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping and sanitation duties.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff promptly.
  • Follow care plans meticulously while respecting residents’ dignity, privacy, and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Personal Support Worker or in senior or home care settings.
  • Knowledge of assisted living practices, dementia care, and medication administration.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to perform light cleaning, meal preparation, and other household tasks efficiently.
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent is preferred : relevant training will be considered.
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and respect for seniors’ independence and dignity.
