Full job description

We’re looking for a Locksmith Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our service team, you will:
- Install and service door hardware and locking systems to specification
- Diagnose and repair mechanical locking devices to meet client expectations
- Maintain and repair safes, vaults, and high-security locking systems
- Work with combination locks, including manipulation and drilling
- Design and maintain master key systems (standard & high-security)
- Perform cylinder pinning (common and restricted systems)
- Support the installation and relocation of safes and vaults
- Assist with refurbishing secure equipment
- Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional out-of-town work
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset
- Experience in locksmithing, safe and vault work and door hardware installation and repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable using computers and mobile tools in the field
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be willing to do and be able to clear a criminal background check
