We’re looking for a Locksmith Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our service team, you will:

  • Install and service door hardware and locking systems to specification
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical locking devices to meet client expectations
  • Maintain and repair safes, vaults, and high-security locking systems
  • Work with combination locks, including manipulation and drilling
  • Design and maintain master key systems (standard & high-security)
  • Perform cylinder pinning (common and restricted systems)
  • Support the installation and relocation of safes and vaults
  • Assist with refurbishing secure equipment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional out-of-town work


Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset
  • Experience in locksmithing, safe and vault work and door hardware installation and repairs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile tools in the field
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Must be willing to do and be able to clear a criminal background check
