We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Support Staff to add to our manufacturing/anchoring division of Williams Form Hardware & Rockbolt (Canada) Ltd.

Williams Form Hardware & Rockbolt (Canada) Ltd. is the Canadian Division of Williams Form Engineering Corp., a family owned company, founded in 1922. Williams Form has evolved over the decades, becoming the most trusted name in the geotechnical support industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales activity of Outside Sales Representatives
  • Work closely with Production, Shipping and Quality to ensure sure orders are processed , delivered accurately and on time.
  • Work cooperatively with other Williams Form departments to ensure that our customers’ quality, delivery, and steel identification expectations are met.
  • Understanding of all costs associated with material, production time and delivery.
  • Working knowledge of the Health and Safety Portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
  • A great telephone presence
  • A professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Health and Safety experience would be an asset
  • Steel/Sales experience would be an asset
