The Position:
We are looking for part-time, private lesson instructors in Regina, SK. The starting wage is based on your previous experience. You choose your own availability (must be available for at least 1-2 evening shifts a week).

Wage Range:
$18.50-23.50/hr

What We Look For:

• Hard-working, dynamic, and passionate individuals
• Must be available for at least 1-2 evening shifts a week for the entire session
• Certified in First Aid & CPR (required) Once part of the team re-certification is reimbursed
• Another aquatic certification is an asset, but not required. We are able to offer AEC courses for our instructors.

• Previous swim instruction experience is an asset, but not required

Main Responsibilities:

• Educating swimmers of all ages and their families by using K&K’s water-loving curriculum in private and/or group settings
• Arrive early to each shift, ready to teach with pride
• Personalize lesson plans to meet the needs of your swimmers
• Streamline growth by evaluating students and providing families with accurate & motivating feedback
• Participate in & grow professionally at team meetings
• With experience, teaching & inspiring new team members within the swim school

The Location:
K&K Swim School offers lessons in local Regina hotel venue pools. With locations in all areas of the city, opportunities to teach close to home!

Central Regina

• Seven Oaks Hotel
• College Park I Retirement Residence
• College Park II Retirement Residence
