Infini Health is a leading multidisciplinary pain management and sports medicine center, specializing in musculoskeletal, neurological, and complex pain conditions. Our team of expert physicians collaborates across multiple specialties to deliver advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions for professional athletes, performing artists, and individuals seeking comprehensive, cutting-edge healthcare.

Role Description Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) supports the delivery of patient-centred care for individuals with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and performance-related conditions. Working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, the RN collaborates with physicians and allied health professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care through clinical support, patient education, and care coordination, in accordance with CNO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Centered Care

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care in alignment with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and readiness for care.

2. Clinical Support

  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during assessments, examinations, treatments, minor procedures, and documenting and transcribing dictation notes accurately into patient records.
  • Prepare patients and treatment areas for clinical procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Support OHIP billing processes by providing accurate clinical details and documentation as required.

3. Patient Education and Communication

  • Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their families regarding care plans, medications, follow-up instructions, and health management strategies.
  • Conduct follow-up phone calls with patients post-procedure to provide care instructions, answer non-diagnostic questions, and ensure continuity of care.

4. Environment & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control protocols and health standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current RN registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • 2–3 years of clinical or outpatient experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high attention to detail (including patient information and billing accuracy)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, PACS, and clinic software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations

Working Conditions:
The Registered Nurse will work in an office/clinic setting at our Hamilton clinic location. The role may include physical demands such as extended periods of standing, as well as assisting patients with mobility challenges when entering or exiting the clinic.
