Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions accurately through detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections following prescribed protocols while ensuring patient safety.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
  • Document all patient interactions, vital signs, medication administration, and clinical observations using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions.
  • Assist with laboratory procedures including phlebotomy and interpret medical terminology for accurate documentation and communication.
  • Support special populations such as pediatrics, seniors with dementia or chronic conditions, and those requiring home or assisted living care.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies while demonstrating excellent patient care practices.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in hospital settings with acute care exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and nursing best practices.
  • Experience working with electronic health records systems like Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
  • Background in pain management, case management, or senior/dementia care is a plus.
  • Skilled in pediatric nursing, home health services, assisted living environments, or nursing home operations.
  • Ability to perform laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
