Family

You lead by example. You support your team, develop people, and create a culture built on respect and accountability. No egos. No shouting. Just people looking after one another and pulling in the same direction.

Integrity

You do the right thing, even when nobody's watching. You're honest, dependable, and straightforward. You hold yourself and your team to high standards without creating unnecessary drama.

Commitment

You show up ready to lead. Your energy sets the tone for the kitchen. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand what it takes to deliver consistently great guest experiences.
