What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and texturizing
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and beauty goals
  • Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Create an outstanding client experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals
  • Recommend professional retail products to support clients' hair care routines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation

What We're Looking For

  • Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license
  • Previous experience as a Hair Stylist
  • Strong technical skills across a variety of hair services
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • A positive attitude and passion for helping clients look and feel their best
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail sales and front desk experience are considered an asset
