  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Engage with clients through active communication, listening carefully to their needs and offering expert advice to enhance their overall experience.
  • Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to meet client needs and boost sales.
  • Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect genuinely with clients and create a welcoming environment.
  • Expertise in hair styling techniques across various services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure client safety at all times.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
  • Proven ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions to enhance their experience.
