We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that Tulsar control systems and components meet established quality standards. Your inspections, documentation, and attention to detail will support reliable products and the high level of quality our customers expect.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of control system components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize measurement tools such as calipers to perform precise quality assessments.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of inspection data and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality procedures at all times
  • Assist in audits and participate in quality management system reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency with measurement instruments such as calipers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a team-oriented mindset and communicate will all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to water and wastewater control systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance inspection.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Experience using measurement and inspection tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
