Job Description
This is a key role within Accenture’s Identity practice to lead CIAM, taking ownership for revenue generation, large, complex delivery, resources and the continued build-out of services and collateral.

This leader will:
  • Drive business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
  • Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level
  • Lead development of written and oral client proposals
  • Assist in driving overall Identity and Security practice growth
  • Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for CIAM and identity clients across a broad range of industries
  • Lead, attract and retain multi-discipline, and multi-region teams

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience designing and delivering large, complex identity services to clients with a heavy focus on CIAM.
  • Experience leading the delivery of large, complex identity transformation programs
  • Experience leading business development and sales capture efforts
  • Deep network with extensive leadership relationships including at the C-suite level
  • Experience leading and growing practice
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Skills:
  • Industry-adopted security certifications (e.g. CISSP)
  • Bachelor or higher degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering)

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
