Responsibilities

  • Install, replace, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service on every job
  • Work safely and maintain a clean job site
  • Collaborate with team members and support apprentices as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)
  • Red Seal/Journeyperson certification (or in progress) preferred
  • Gas ticket preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
