HVAC Service Technician – Residential & Commercial

Position Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role includes service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, customer communication, and equipment replacements using modern systems and technology, including Service Titan.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, rooftop units, water heaters, and related equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Troubleshoot gas, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear solutions
  • Complete job notes, estimates, invoices, and photos using ServiceTitan
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

  • HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
  • Gas fitting experience is an asset
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM/service software is an asset
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Friendly, personable, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
