The following are the terms and conditions for the position at Strathcona Mechanical Limited.

TITLE: Mechanical Coordinator (Estimating, Project Management, Office)

  • Take-offs
  • Fluent in Spreadsheets and Word Documents (Google Equivalent)
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Commercial Journeyman plumber with Mechanical Background
  • Field Support
  • Project Management
  • Shop Drawings reviews
  • RFI's
  • Ability to understand BMS and HVAC systems
  • SALARY:

$80,000.00=/- / Year. Paid Bi-Monthly by Direct Deposit.

VACATION: 2 Weeks Vacation Yearly to start

BENEFITS: Standard Company Benefits.

GAS CARD: As Needed for Site Visits

PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 Months.

WORK REMOTELY: No
