Le Groupe Abbatiello est à la recherche d’un(e) Formateur(trice) en ouverture de restaurant pour accompagner nos franchisés dans leurs débuts et assurer des lancements à la hauteur de nos ambitions.

Ton quotidien :

  • Accompagner les nouveaux franchisés dans l’ouverture de leur restaurant;
  • Former les équipes sur place et implanter nos standards opérationnels;
  • Soutenir les opérations pour garantir une ouverture fluide et performante;
  • Être un pilier de confiance pendant une période stratégique.

Ce qu’on recherche :

  • Expérience solide en restauration et en formation;
  • Expérience significative en restaurant déjeuner;
  • Sens de l’initiative, autonomie, capacité à gérer plusieurs projets;
  • À l’aise avec les outils technos et ouvert à se déplacer;
  • Excellente capacité de vulgarisation.
