Overview
Join our dynamic educational team as a College Instructor specializing in Business and Human Resources (HR). In this role, you will inspire and guide adult learners through engaging classroom experiences, fostering a deep understanding of business principles and HR practices. Your expertise will help shape future professionals by delivering innovative lessons, managing diverse student needs, and developing curriculum that aligns with industry standards. Duties

  • Deliver compelling lectures and facilitate discussions on topics related to business management, organizational behavior, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR functions
  • Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate current learning technologies and interactive teaching methods
  • Manage classroom environments effectively to promote active participation, respect, and collaborative learning among adult students
  • Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support their growth
  • Integrate curriculum development strategies that align with industry trends and academic standards for adult education
  • Utilize various learning technologies to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement
  • Support students’ working with diverse backgrounds by providing mentorship and tailored guidance

Experience

  • Proven classroom management skills with experience teaching adult learners in a university or college setting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate modern learning tools and technology
  • Strong background in business or HR disciplines, ideally with university-level teaching experience
  • Familiarity with lesson planning, assessment strategies, and working with students from diverse educational backgrounds
  • Experience in implementing innovative teaching methods within a classroom environment
  • Knowledge of current trends in business education, HR practices, and workplace dynamics
  • Prior experience utilizing learning technology platforms to facilitate effective instruction
