Recruiter – Ontario (Travel Required)

Job Type: Full-TimePay: Minimum wage + performance bonuses

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting new employees by visiting businesses and offices across Ontario, building relationships, and identifying qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and interview potential candidates for various positions.
  • Travel to offices and businesses throughout Ontario to source new talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities.
  • Meet hiring goals and recruitment targets.

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Ontario.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
