This is more than a front desk position. As a Guest Service Agent, you are often the first and last impression of the resort. You are a host, problem-solver, local expert, and trusted resource for our guests. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience and exceed expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot guest and system issues as they arise

Be the Communication Hub

  • Coordinate information between guests, departments, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across the resort
  • Support daily operations and help keep the guest experience seamless

Contribute Beyond the Front Desk

  • Participate in special projects and operational initiatives
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Help us find new ways to elevate the guest experience

The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Qualifications include:

  • Strong integrity, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional and polished personal presentation
  • A sincere passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail/Outlook, and property management systems
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally move heavier items
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred, although experience in customer service, tourism, retail, or related industries will also be considered

Why Join Us?

  • Work at an award-winning lakeside resort
  • Be part of a close-knit team where every person makes a difference
  • Help create unforgettable experiences for guests from around the world
  • Develop your hospitality and leadership skills in a supportive environment
  • Join a team that believes small teams can accomplish big things

If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
