Compensation & Benefits

• $17.60 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

As a Cook, you will:

• Prepare ingredients and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish
• Set up, stock, and break down stations for service
• Stay organized and prepared throughout busy service periods
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Keep workstations, kitchen and storage areas clean and organized throughout each shift
• Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen tasks as required
• Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, dishwashers, and front-of-house team members
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Culinary education is an asset but not required
• Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
