Our Offering

  • Competitive wages – Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / year;
  • This position is located onsite in Oakville, Ontario;
  • Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;
  • Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;
  • Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales;
  • Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation;

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process.
  • Implement and align the service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.).
  • Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions.
  • Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics and supplier.
  • Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization.

Your Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years
