Join our Customer Service team as a Dealer Support Agent! You'll be the key contact for our dealer network across Canada and the United States, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations. Want to be part of our team? Apply now!

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Starting date: As soon as possible
  • Number of positions to fill: 1
  • Salary: $50,000
  • Remote/On-site: On-site
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

  • Shift: Day

Role and responsibilities of the Dealer Support Agent:

  • Provide technical support to dealers for our residential and industrial products.
  • Offer technical assistance to dealers using our management systems.
  • Handle order intake and processing for our dealer network.
  • Prepare quotations and manage warranty/claim requests.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support our sales and logistics team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.

Required qualifications for our Dealer Support Agent:

  • College diploma or relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share information effectively within a team.
  • Fluent in French (preferred but not required).
