What You’ll Do (The Work That Keeps Lawns Thriving)

You’ll deliver high-quality turfgrass services that help customers get the best lawns on the block.

Production Work

  • Perform Power Raking, Slit-Seeding, Over-Seeding, Core Aeration & Organic Compost applications
  • Operate vehicles, spreaders, and gas-powered lawn equipment safely and confidently
  • Complete all service visits following Nutri-Lawn’s processes and industry standards
  • Make service and courtesy calls when assigned
  • Educate customers on horticultural practices to solve lawn issues
  • Document services, notes, and customer communication in the required apps/tools
  • Support additional tasks as needed (teamwork makes the green work)

Customer Engagement (Be the Friendly Lawn Expert)

You’ll be the face of Nutri-Lawn during each visit — clear communication and professionalism are key.

  • Interact with homeowners respectfully and professionally
  • Assess customer needs and offer helpful, informed solutions
  • Build trust through open, honest communication
  • Provide accurate information using the correct tools and approved methods
  • Address concerns promptly and follow up until resolved
  • Use the Trusted Advisor Program (TAP) to recommend helpful services
  • Send “on-my-way” notifications before arrival
  • Communicate ETAs, delays, job completion, and recommendations through approved channels

Team Values & Company Culture (How We Work Together)

As part of the Nutri-Lawn team, you’ll:

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, team environment
  • Adapt quickly to different customer needs and questions
  • Stay motivated and aim to meet or exceed goals
  • Accept direction + feedback with a growth mindset
  • Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail
  • Embrace new challenges and changing priorities
  • Work efficiently, prioritizing tasks to stay on track
  • Show professionalism, reliability, and accountability every day
  • Maintain accurate, timely digital communication (updates, texts, TAP leads)
  • Follow all procedures, guidelines, and safety policies

What You Need
  • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
  • No lawn care experience — seriously, we train you
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
  • Physically able to handle bending, kneeling, digging, crouching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and long periods on your feet
  • Seasonal availability (spring fall)

Why This Role Rocks for You

  • You get to work outdoors and stay active
  • You'll learn valuable, specialized lawn-care techniques
  • Lots of independence but with a supportive team around you
  • Every day looks a little different
  • You’ll see the real impact of your work on customers’ properties

Compensation: $19 - $21 + commission
