Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Handle and store ingredients properly to avoid spoilage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Cook .
  • Experience in a fine dining Greek restaurant preferred.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
