Summary

We're hiring an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to lead marketing design at Yocale. You will set the visual direction across web, paid, social, email, and motion and produce work that performs across every channel. You'll maintain the design system, work across formats at speed, and bring the same standard to a landing page as you do to a campaign launch. AI tools are part of how you work and you have opinions about which ones are actually worth using.

You'll work closely with marketing and leadership, make real creative decisions, and have a direct impact on how Yocale grows.

What You'll Do

  • Design landing pages, ad creative, and website assets across all marketing channels
  • Create paid ad creative for Meta and Google
  • Develop organic social assets across Instagram and Facebook
  • Create video content, motion graphics, and animation for social ads, product demos, and explainer videos
  • Experiment with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Luma) and push our video strategy forward
  • Design email marketing templates in HubSpot
  • Build and maintain our design system so everything stays cohesive
  • Push our visual identity forward without making us look like every other SaaS company

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in marketing design across brand, web, ad creative, and motion
  • Portfolio of live work: websites and landing pages you designed, ad creative with real results, motion and video you produced. Show us what shipped
  • Senior-level command of visual fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition
  • You design for conversion and aesthetics and you know how to deliver both
  • Experience building and maintaining a visual identity and design system
  • Figma and Webflow are required. Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects or equivalent for motion
  • You move fast, handle feedback without ego, and deliver on brief every time

Bonus Points

  • Already deep in AI design and video tools and can teach us what's actually worth using
  • Experience with 3D design or tools like Spline
  • You've designed for beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
  • You've run design experiments or A/B tests and optimized based on performance data
  • Strong opinions about kerning and motion easing curves — we respect that

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
