The Role

This is an in-person and full-time role based at our Calgary store. Due to the nature of the position, working hybrid or remotely is not an option.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team lead on a daily basis to capture and edit before-and-after and promotional footage for social media and digital advertising channels.

Daily and weekly video content quotas will be tasked by the marketing team lead, and is expected to be delivered on time without compromise.

They are required to work in sync with technicians and warehouse staff to ensure that footage is captured in a timely manner without disrupting the day-to-day operational workflow.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Shop Filming - Capture customer builds, such as wheel and tire installs or lift kit transformations, as well as other strategic initiatives. Collaborate with store staff to highlight before/after transformations, product features, or Marketing initiatives.
  • Active Communication - Communicate daily filming schedules, track shop builds ready for filming, and immediately flag shoot cancellations or delays.
  • Workflow & Pipeline Tracking - Organize and update tasks in Asana.
  • Asset Management - Organize and upload raw footage and media assets to the designated Google Drive.
  • Time Tracking - Accurately log daily project hours in the company time tracker.

This role requires speed, attention to detail, and consistency.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy wheels, tires, and automotive products (up to 50 lbs) for staging and shoot setups.
  • A strong work ethic centered on consistent 8:30 AM start time, strong attendance, and quick communication response times during work hours.
