Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Creative Director / Social Media Content Lead to oversee and execute compelling digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of modern content creation, storytelling, social media growth, and digital marketing. You will help create lifestyle-focused content, lead social media campaigns, and collaborate with experienced web designers, marketers, and creatives to grow the brand’s online presence and audience engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company's creative content strategy across social media, website content, and digital campaigns
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and organize high-quality lifestyle-focused photo and video content showcasing neighbourhoods and communities
  • Collaborate with web designers, marketers, influencers, and other creatives to help grow the company's online presence and drive traffic
  • Manage and grow social media channels through engaging content, campaigns, contests, giveaways, and local community-focused initiatives

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong experience in content creation, videography, photography, social media management, or creative marketing
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, audience engagement, and modern social media trends
  • Skilled with professional camera equipment, editing software, and content production workflows — drone experience is an asset
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating within a creative team environment
