Graphic Designer (Print & Digital Support)

Full-Time | In-Person | Creative Production Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support both print production and digital content needs within a growing business environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with efficiency — producing high-quality, brand-consistent work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced production setting.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual communication, with the ability to deliver polished, professional design work across multiple formats.

What You’ll Do

Print & Production Design

  • Create print materials including packaging, labels, menus, signage, and marketing assets
  • Prepare production-ready files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure consistency with established brand guidelines
  • Edit and refine designs for final production use

Digital & Social Media Design

  • Create engaging social media graphics and digital content
  • Support visual content development for online platforms
  • Adapt branding across different formats and channels
  • Assist with creative ideas for visual marketing content

Branding & Quality Control

  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all design work
  • Ensure accuracy in layout, typography, formatting, and file preparation
  • Support brand consistency across all materials
  • Refine and improve designs based on feedback and production needs

Workflow & Production

  • Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
  • Prioritize tasks based on business and marketing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing creative requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work
  • Excellent attention to detail and editing ability
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
