Full job description

Royal LePage® Atlantic is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-loving Graphic Designer to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is just as comfortable bringing a custom concept to life as they are making quick edits, managing recurring projects, and keeping multiple deadlines moving.

No two days will look exactly the same. One moment you might be designing an eye-catching listing brochure or social media campaign, and the next you could be preparing signage, postcards, digital ads, email graphics, or sales statistics for our agents and brokerage. You’ll work on projects that appear everywhere from inboxes and Instagram feeds to mailboxes, property listings, and signs across Nova Scotia & New Brunswick.

We’re looking for someone who can balance creativity with efficiency, someone who loves making things look great but also understands that good design needs to be accurate, organized, on-brand, and delivered on time. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of personalities, projects, and creative challenges while helping hundreds of real estate professionals put their best brand forward.

If you’re a designer who loves a busy, creative queue and is excited to work for the largest real estate brokerage in Atlantic Canada, then this is the role for you!

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has excellent customer service and a knack for creating positive experiences
  • Has strong design software skills, including InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, along with experience managing and organizing files through Dropbox
  • Has a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality work
  • Is a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build positive working relationships and communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, with strong computer skills and experience
  • Is highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize competing projects and keep things moving without sacrificing quality
  • Is comfortable working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Is a self-starter who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and isn’t afraid to jump in and make it happen
  • Is a team player who can also work independently and contribute positively to the wider team

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Bring ideas to life: Complete both custom and templated design requests for Royal LePage® Atlantic agents and staff using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Design a little bit of everything: Create polished, eye-catching materials for both print and digital purposes, including: business cards, real estate signage, listing brochures, ad mailers, social media graphics, digital ads, print advertising, and more!
  • Work your editing magic: Tackle design revisions and updates efficiently while keeping every piece polished, compliant, on-brand, and ready to impress.
  • Keep our recurring creative projects running like clockwork. Help oversee Google Sheets and script-driven processes that power many of our regular tasks (i.e. listing brochures, digital ads, regional and area sales statistics, sales achievement images for agents (i.e. monthly “Top 20s” and annual sales awards, etc.)
  • Keep everyone in the loop: Regularly communicate project progress, timelines, completed deliverables, and any creative curveballs with the Agent Experience Coordinator and Department Manager.
  • Keep the creative files organized: Maintain our Dropbox filing system so designs, assets, and finished projects are easy to find, because even creativity needs a little organization behind the scenes!
  • Collaborate with our agents: Connect directly with agents when needed to clarify requests, gather missing details, and follow up on projects as needed.
  • Embrace the unexpected. Pitch in on other creative requests, templated designs, special projects, and team initiatives as they come up. Around here, there’s always something new to design, build, organize, or bring to life!
