Position: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Reporting to: VP, Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Collaborate on the development of compelling, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to elevate the Edge Catering and Edge Kitchen brands.
  • Collaborate on content calendars and digital campaigns that highlight seasonal promotions, events, and brand objectives.
  • Write and curate engaging content for social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and the website, with a focus on storytelling that reflects the unique personality of each brand.
  • Support content creation specifically for Edge Kitchen, showcasing menus, behind-the-scenes moments, and culinary highlights to grow its digital presence.
  • Monitor and actively engage with our online community to foster meaningful connections and brand loyalty.
  • Track performance analytics across platforms and offer insights to refine strategy and increase engagement.

Visual Media Production

  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, events, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Ensure that all visual media is aligned with Edge’s refined brand standards, aesthetics, and messaging.
  • Produce dynamic, visually engaging content that supports both Edge Catering and Edge Kitchen identities across social and digital platforms.

Website & SEO Management

  • Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and engagement metrics; provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with light coding and web design tasks within the Squarespace platform.
  • Manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and paid advertising accounts to support brand visibility and digital performance.

Client Lookbook & Event Signage Development

  • Create bespoke culinary lookbooks for upcoming events that reflect the unique style and culinary vision of each client.
  • Create engaging signage for Edge events.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and event teams to curate menus, visuals, and design inspiration that communicates the luxury Edge experience.
  • Ensure all client-facing collateral maintains consistency with our premium brand identity and elevates the client planning process.

Event Assistance

  • Assist Sales and Event Specialists as needed in the pre-preparation of Edge client events as well as Edge-hosted or partner marketing events, activations, and tastings.
  • Support day-of logistics, manage creative assets, and provide post-event reporting and analysis to measure success.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Evenings/weekend as needed for event content creation
  • Average of 30-40 hours a week to start

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
