Sales Representative/Appointment Setter – North Energy
Full-Time | Calgary & Surrounding Area | Solar
North Energy is a Canadian-owned solar energy company and one of Canada’s fastest-growing renewable-energy companies, providing residential, commercial, and agricultural clean energy solutions across the country.
We’re currently expanding our Calgary sales division and are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who want to begin their careers in solar—starting as AppointmentSetters/Sales Representative, with the opportunity to grow into Closers and Leadership roles through our structured development programs.
About the Role
This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales opportunity where you’ll connect directly with homeowners, start conversations around rising utility costs and energy independence, and introduce solar solutions through North Energy.
Your focus will be to generate interest, qualify potential customers, and set appointments that drive the sales process forward.
You don’t need previous solar experience—we provide training. What matters most is your mindset, work ethic, and ability to connect with people.
What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners through face-to-face outreach
- Start conversations about energy costs, home ownership, and solar solutions
- Educate potential customers and generate qualified interest
- Set appointments to support the sales process
- Track activity and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Represent North Energy with confidence, integrity, and energy

Incentives & Growth

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with people in person
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and in community settings
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
