About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience managing online store operations, including product listings and optimization. You will play a key role in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain e-commerce product listings
  • Enter product descriptions, pricing, part numbers, and inventory information
  • Take, organize, edit, and upload product photos
  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media content
  • Update Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
  • Assist with online promotions and digital marketing activities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
  • Provide customers with information about products and services
  • Respond to emails, website inquiries, and social media messages
  • Schedule customer appointments and maintain records
  • Assist with processing and tracking online orders
  • Maintain accurate customer, product, and inventory information
  • Perform general data entry and administrative duties
  • Work with team members to improve customer service and online presence
  • Assist with other related business operations as required
