Brewery Driver & Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for a Brewery Driver & Warehouse Associate to support the movement of our product across Nova Scotia, from our warehouse to our partners, and everywhere in between. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role combining warehouse operations and delivery driving.

• Load, unload, and organize the warehouse (keep it tight, clean, FIFO)
• Pick and prep orders with speed and accuracy
• Deliver product to partners (NSLC, Costco, and other accounts)
• Execute delivery routes efficiently and safely
• Handle load-in/load-out at each stop
• Handle kegs, returns, and supply pickups
• Keep paperwork and delivery records clean and complete
• Jump in where needed – urgent runs, busy days, team support
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and a safe work environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in coolers and outdoor conditions
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience is an asset
