Coppinwood Golf Club is a premier private golf club located in Goodwood, Ontario. We are committed to providing our members and guests with an exceptional golf and hospitality experience.

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable and service-oriented individual to join our Golf Operations team as a Fall Golf Shop Attendant.

Position Summary

The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Golf Shop and providing professional, welcoming service to Coppinwood members and guests.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced golf and hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Check in golfers and assist with daily tee sheet management
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to member and guest inquiries
  • Process Golf Shop purchases, member charges and other point-of-sale transactions
  • Assist members with merchandise selection and product information
  • Maintain clean, organized and attractive merchandise displays
  • Restock and organize Golf Shop inventory
  • Assist with tournament registrations, member events and golf programming
  • Communicate with the Professional Staff and Outside Services team regarding daily play and member requests
  • Complete opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with end-of-season inventory, merchandise organization, and Golf Shop closing duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional or Golf Operations management team

Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time, Full-time
Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
