Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our members! In this lively role, you’ll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft delicious drinks, and ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. Whether taking orders, or engaging with members, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service that keeps patrons coming back for more.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Jonas Point of Sale system).
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Provide excellent member service by actively listening to member needs, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills to ensure prompt service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of food orders and address any special dietary requests or concerns.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years previous restaurant experience or food service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Jonas for order entry and transaction processing.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
  • Experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of hospitality principles to create welcoming environments for all guests.
