Since 1991, Chervin has been designing, manufacturing, and installing high-end custom cabinetry in homes across Waterloo Region. Over the years, Chervin has expanded to serve the GTA and Muskoka region. Chervin has also built and acquired 4 sister companies which have given us the opportunity to be a key player in the markets for luxury hotel furniture, residential furniture, custom upholstered furniture, and home décor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the install of custom cabinetry in the client’s homes according to the supplied drawings
  • Install crown mold, base trim, etc. where required
  • Fasten knobs/pulls on cabinet doors and drawers
  • Professionally relate with the client on the jobsite
  • Drive a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner to and from job sites as required, keeping the vehicle clean and tidy
  • Maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products
  • Collaborate with other team members, sales staff, and the Project Coordinator to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently
  • Long distance work is required as needed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Ability to read and discern blueprints
  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs
  • Physically fit (repetitious up and down movements, handling large cabinetry)
  • A skilled understanding of woodworking tools
  • Valid G-license and current driving abstract
  • A keen attention to detail
