Dental Receptionist – Seeking the Right Long-Term Team Member

We are a privately owned, well-established family dental practice looking for a dental receptionist who is confident in their skills and interested in continuing to grow and develop in their role.

Our office is a larger, team-based environment with 5 dentists and 28 staff, and we’re proud of the supportive, collaborative culture we’ve built.

This is a great fit for someone who:

  • Enjoys expanding their knowledge and skill set
  • Is organized, detailed oriented and able to prioritize throughout the day
  • Takes initiative and looks for ways to keep things running smoothly
  • Is a strong communicator and team player

About the role: At our front desk, every team member is involved in all aspects of the reception role—including scheduling, accounts receivable, checking patients out and patient communication.

In addition, each receptionist takes the lead in a specific area and becomes the go-to person for that aspect of the role. This allows everyone to build strengths, stay engaged, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Patient scheduling and maintaining an organized schedule
  • Accounts receivable and patient billing
  • Insurance predeterminations, treatment estimates, and explaining financials to patients clearly and confidently
  • Treatment coordination and patient communication
  • Supporting an efficient and positive front desk environment

About us: We offer a wide range of services including:

  • General dentistry
  • Invisalign
  • Implants
  • Infant tongue ties

We enjoy working with technology and are always learning and growing as a team.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Includes some evenings and Saturdays
  • (We are always closed on long weekend Saturdays)

We offer:

  • Dental coverage
  • Health Spending Account
  • Clothing allowance
  • Paid continuing education opportunities
  • Flexible holidays
  • A supportive, team-focused environment with laughter, camaraderie, and the occasional staff room treat

Want to get to know us a little better?
Check out our social media—we work hard, but we also like to have fun and keep things positive as a team.

If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative environment and takes pride in staying organized and on top of your role, we would love to hear from you.
